These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by MediNITS, including our website (https://www.medinits.com), our clinic management platform, and associated services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinic or hospital, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

MediNITS provides an AI-powered healthcare SaaS platform including:

You must be a licensed healthcare professional or duly authorized representative of a healthcare facility legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at admin@medinits.com.
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
You represent that you have obtained all necessary patient consents/authorizations to collect, use, and process patient data through the Service, including for WhatsApp communications.
AI output is for assistance only. The Service may generate prescriptions, clinical notes, summaries, and other content using AI models. Such output may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific patient.
You remain solely responsible for:
MediNITS is a technology provider. We do not practice medicine and do not replace your professional medical judgment.
You are responsible for message content, frequency, timing, and ensuring communications are appropriate and lawful. You represent you have obtained necessary patient consent to contact patients via WhatsApp. Message delivery depends on third-party networks and cannot be guaranteed.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed through Cashfree, Razorpay, or Instamojo.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST-compliant invoices are provided. You are responsible for providing accurate GST details.
If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is received.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your then-current paid period.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. We use AES-256 encryption, encrypted TLS transmission, audit logs, and access controls to protect your data. We comply with India’s DPDP Act 2023. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service, including software, code, UI/UX, logos, and documentation, is owned by MediNITS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal professional operations. You retain rights to the data you input into the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MediNITS is not liable for clinical decisions, adverse events, or outcomes arising from use of AI-generated content. MediNITS’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you to MediNITS in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify MediNITS from claims arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, failure to obtain patient consent, or your clinical decisions.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if your use poses a security risk, you are in breach of these Terms, or required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through informal discussions. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
